Built in the 1860s in East London, the gasholder of Beckton Gas Works has some of the most remarkable metalwork details among all the similar structures around the British capital. Nature is taking over the industrial ruin almost protecting it from the imminent demolition. This image is part of the series Ruin or Rust documenting the disappearing gasholders of London.
